Panda Flowers Limited is a Naivasha based company, whose main business includes the production and exportation of cut flowers, as well as the operation of a Flower business park for independent companies involved in the same business. Pipal provided advise including sourcing and negotiation for financing and refinancing of debt.
Kordes Roses Kenya
Kordes is a German based company and is one of the oldest & best known breeders of roses in the world with a strong presence in East Africa .In order to establish its own rose production facility within the country, Pipal Ltd provided financial advise on development of the same through securing appropriate financing. This project cost approximately 6.2 million euros.

Red Lands Roses Ltd was one of the leading farms in rose production in the country. Pipal spearheaded this project and provided financial advise in the process of sale of shares in order to rationalise shareholder agro - industrial interests & to realise value for investment in other ventures .
